If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@mitoclarity.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Opened products are eligible for a refund — we want you to try our products risk-free.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. In such cases, MitoClarity will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@mitoclarity.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active subscription, you may cancel at any time by contacting support@mitoclarity.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle. Already-shipped orders are subject to our standard return policy.
