Expedited Shipping (US): 2–5 business days (where available)

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — check our website for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

International Shipping

At this time, MitoClarity ships within the United States only. We are working to expand our shipping options and hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@mitoclarity.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement shipment.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of order. MitoClarity is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.
